[DnD Com] High Elf Wizard of Tome

My clients description:

He is originally a high elf Wizard of tomes and had a mishap with some magic and turned himself into a cat

I’m basing the high elf of Howl from Howl's moving castle and Jack, But like a wizard elf version of that makes sense.

I want howls like overall clothing style and earring but a few more that have like fish bones and a emerald cat. His coat I want more of a galaxy design with silver mice as the trim. The first image I sent is an example of the hair I want for this character. So he has two different colored eyes one green and the other blue he is a whimsical and kind of an air headed character that loves cats. I want to add a bit more detail to his shirt and pants but I’m still looking for references
