[DnD Com] Young Shaman Lizardman

Here’s My very first 80$ commission ever. Also my very first official DnD commission ever. My clients description of this OC of his is: (Copy-pasted) A black scaled lizard-folk shaman, all be it young, reading the stars for his people, and in turn he uses his magics, with his scales flowing white with a few of the veins in between as well, as such his body resembles the constellations he reads. In his hands a small egg shaped onyx obsidian gem speckled with white, he holds it too the stars above as he looks to and through it. On his harm he hold and arm shield of multi colored jagged ice, it seems attached to him on a biological level.
