[DnD Com] Mugo Roller, Halfling Barbarian

Name: Mugo Roller
Race: Halfling (Stout)
Class: Barbarian (Tempest: Tundra) [Dex/Con focused]

He's a tad bulkier than the normal stock of halflings, but, rather than fat, it's due to muscle (rounded muscle rather than chiseled [think strong man competitor as opposed to Mr. Universe competitor]) . He has well-tanned skin and ruddy, dimpled cheeks. Pale, icy blue eyes stare out from a mop of platinum blond hair, which is wildly pushed back. His simple clothing (he's a farmer, a good, profitable one) would have darker, earth tones, which would have a number of patches of, if not the same exact shade, then still the same color so as to really make his hair and eyes pop (unless it turns out that it looks too garish, in which case adjust as necessary).

Think, someone who can keep low but go fast. I picture his typical stance as something like a boxer, keeping on his big, hairy toes as he moves in and out of his bigger opponents strikes and gives his own. However, being a barbarian, rather than a fighter, his road to becoming good in a scrap has left him with a number of scars, though nothing particularly distracting.

His primary weapon would be the rapier (the DM actually gave him one recently, said it was a family heirloom, so I'll provide the picture he did for a reference) paired with a thick, round, wooden shield (this would have a number of nicks and scrapes and even a few stains across it's surface [though depending on how you decide to angle it, nothing of the outer surface may be seen]).

Finally, given the tempest barbarians signature ability, I'd think a bright swirling cloud of light blue particles (which would match the color of his eyes), would also be present, though whether they would be thin needles, tiny saw blades, particularly spikey snowflakes, or what have you, I would leave to your discretion.
