[DnD Com] Sea Elf Dragonic Sorcerer

I don't really have a description of the character since he already had it drawn out, the commissioner wants the character in my art style sooo yeahh.
Its 4 am here and I haven't slept.

Basically he has dragon blood in his veins which cause him to have magic.
